No-Bake Nut Butter Balls.

6 Sep

OKAY. You’re probably thinking, SAY WHAT?

This post might have some inappropriate sounding sentences (or maybe its just my dirty mind) but…balls are delicious. Yeah, get your minds out of the gutter, kids.

This takes less than 10 minute of prep time to finish, then HUZAAH! Snack attack.

The best part, is you can make SO many different variations of these, depending on what you have in your pantry! (I’m not ashamed to admit I have 5 different kinds of nut butter in my pantry and/or fridge…)

But, for the mean time, here’s the general list of ingredients.

No-Bake Nut Butter Balls

makes approximately 6 to 7 balls

1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4  cup granola
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 cup agave nectar (Or honey. Maple syrup would probably work too…just something sticky! Heh. Sticky balls…)
1/8 cup nut butter (I chose cashew butter today. Mmm!)
1/8 cup peanut butter chips

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well. I recommend using a spoon. Once mixed, roll batter into balls. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, or until hardened slightly (gutter!) Serve cold. These will last a few days in the fridge if you keep them wrapped! (Dirty)

These are bomb. Bomb balls? Next time I’m thinking Chocolate PB, chocolate chips & instant coffee for mocha flavored balls! YES.

This blog is going to make me fat & happy.
